Can you really start tomorrow?
For most paint, drywall, flooring, repair and apartment turn work, yes. Approve the quote and we schedule the crew for the next day. Kitchens, baths and anything needing a permit get a firm start date once materials and permits are lined up.
How do you keep prices low?
We run the same crews, suppliers and finish standards on our own properties, so we buy smart and don't waste labor hours. Our quotes are itemized, which means you can cut or swap anything to hit your number.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All of our labor is guaranteed for one year from completion. If something we installed fails because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge. Materials and appliances carry their manufacturer warranties.
Do you handle permits, plumbing and electrical?
Yes. Work that needs permits or licensed plumbing and electrical is permitted and done by licensed trade partners. We coordinate it all so you have one point of contact.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A single room of drywall, a vanity swap or one vacant unit is worth a call. Landlords with several units get priority scheduling and standardized pricing.
I own rentals out of state. Can you work with me remotely?
Yes. We walk the unit on video or send photos, agree on the scope sheet by text or email, and send a full before and after photo report when the turn is done.
